Quest 271, Southampton – Progressing to completion
Salmon Property backed by Royal London Asset Management , have been making excellent progress at Quest 271 in Southampton. The contractor MCS Group Ltd, now has the steels up and cladding is progressing on Units 2 & 3 as we head towards completion in Q1 2024.

In December 2021, Salmon acting for RLAM, acquires a site in Test Lane, Southampton after obtaining planning consent to build a 3 unit, 150,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme. The scheme is due to be completed in Q4 2023.
Acquisition of Cross Oak Lane, Horley
In July 2021, Salmon acting for Westbrook Partners, acquires a site in Cross Oak Lane, Horley with the intention of obtaining planning consent to build a 2 unit, 87,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme. The scheme is due to be completed in Q4 2023.
