Working in partnership with Avison Young’s ESG consultancy, we have developed a sustainability framework to guide our approach to best-practice development with a focus on five core areas.
The framework is a living tool, evolving to keep up with best practice. It enables us to work collaboratively with our stakeholders and partners to ensure our shared visions and values are achieved.
Additionally, we make ESG related decisions throughout our involvement with a development, from pre-acquisition through to leasing and disposal.
