Salmon Property announces final 3 acre sale of Orbital Park to Entralon Capital

  • Sale brings to a close a mixed use 20 acre development project

Today (2 July, 2020) Salmon Property announces the sale of its final 3 acre landholding on the successful Orbital Park Industrial Estate to owner occupier Entralon Capital Ltd.

The land was sold with the benefit of planning permission for B1, B2 and B8 uses for in excess of £500,000 per acre.

20 acres at Orbital Park were purchased from Eurotunnel and during this period Salmon has overseen several developments for investors and occupiers. These include a £10m, 60,000 sq ft multi-unit industrial estate sold to Threadneedle Property Unit Trust, a new Hub Emergency station for South East Ambulance and a 2 acre land sale for industrial development to Tavis House Properties.
