Salmon invests in commercial property across the UK, with an initial investment fund of £150m seeking lot sizes between £10m - £25m.
Since inception the Fund has placed some £90m with a further £60m to invest.

Salmon undertakes development throughout the UK in all commercial use classes. We have undertaken some 55 projects with an end value in excess of £750m.
NFUM provide us with £75m of equity to undertake development projects where our typical lot size is between £10m and £50m.
