Salmon Property has promoted Tom Cole to Associate Director as part of the firm’s drive to identify further sites for its growing industrial and logistics portfolio.
Tom, who joined Salmon in June 2021, will be responsible for site identification and acquisition, focusing specifically on the southeast and London mid-box industrial market.

Tom began his career in property at Morgan Williams, where he worked in occupational and investment consultancy across a number of sectors. In September 2018, Tom moved into the investment team at Aston Rose and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in June 2020.
Tom is a graduate Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management and achieved a Certificate in Real Estate Financial Modelling with Cambridge Finance.
