Andy Gulliford, the former SEGRO Chief Operating Officer, has joined Salmon Property, one of the UK’s leading developers, asset managers and investors in commercial property.

Following a 19-year career at the FTSE 100 company, Andy has joined Salmon Property as a consultant to assist the senior management team in expanding the business. Andy will help with wider strategy, customer and stakeholder relationships and new business opportunities.

Salmon Property has been growing its industrial business significantly over recent years, having most recently commenced on site with a £45m industrial development site in Southampton with Royal London Asset Management.
