Paul Stoodley
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Paul is CEO of Salmon and brings 25 years of senior-role
experience across a broad spectrum of property and business
activities.
His career started in an advisory capacity with a special focus on
occupiers and particularly in the nascent 90’s tech sector helping
IBM Hewlett Packard & Electronic Arts among others find property solutions. An interest in the creation of Real Estate saw a move client-side with a particular focus on employment-led solutions which saw properties developed and assets managed across the UK.
A Geography graduate from UCL, placemaking, quality of working environment, long-term investability and environmental impact are high on his agenda.
Paul is a supporter of London’s Air Ambulance Charity and works
with them to safeguard Landing sites in the capital.

Anthony Harper FCA, MRICS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Anthony is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer as well as a principal of the Company. He joined Salmon in 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of the Finance department.
Since 2017, Anthony has worked closely with the development
side of the business supporting the Company’s major projects.
This includes sourcing finance and appraising potential schemes.
Prior to joining Salmon, Anthony spent 9 years in the London Office for the international firm of accountants BDO LLP, focusing on the Property Sector.

Doug Stewart BSc (Hons) FRICS
CHAIRMAN
Doug is a founding Director of Salmon and joined the Board in
1993 acting as Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2019.
He has over 40 years of development experience.
Doug was one
of the founders of Salmon’s 20+ year joint venture with NFU
Mutual. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer for the joint
venture called Salmon Harvester Properties Ltd.
Doug has worked on a range of Salmon’s projects including The
Brewery, Cheltenham, The Loom, Leigh and Sovereign Park,
Sutton.
As well as his role as a Development Director, Doug has also been a Director for all asset management operations of the business.

Rorie Henderson BSc (Hons) MRICS
FOUNDER
Rorie is a founder of Salmon and was previously a board member for 28 years.
During his time at Salmon he completed projects across the UK in most sectors that Salmon operate across.
Rorie worked on a range of Salmon’s largest projects including 3 office developments, for PwC, HMRC, Grant Thornton and others.
He also worked on The Reading Football Club relocation to the
Madjeski Stadium alongside the Reading Gate Retail Park
development and the development of the new Royal Ballet School next to the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.

Tom Cole, BSc (Hons) MRICS
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Tom joined Salmon in June 2021, his role at Salmon focuses on site identification and acquisition.
Tom started his career in property at Morgan Williams, where he worked in occupational and investment consultancy across a number of sectors. In September 2018, Tom moved into the investment team at Aston Rose and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in June 2020. Following this he achieved a Certificate in Real Estate Financial Modelling with Cambridge finance.
Tom is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management.

James Tudor
DEVELOPMENT SURVEYOR
James joined Salmon in July 2020, his role at Salmon focuses on project delivery.
James is a graduate of the University of Reading with a degree in
BSc Real Estate. He has since worked as a fundraiser for
international charities before turning to Salmon to start a career in commercial real estate

FINANCE MANAGER
Chloe joined Salmon in August 2022, her role at Salmon focuses on managing various aspects of the finance department.
Chloe has a range of experience in finance and accounting roles within both property development companies and accountancy firms advising clients in the property industry.
