The newest member of the Salmon team, Tom Cole joined in early June as a Development Surveyor.

Since starting his career in property at Morgan Williams in 2017, Tom has been working in occupational and investment consultancy across a number of sectors. In September 2018, Tom moved into the investment team at Aston Rose and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in June 2020. Following this he achieved a Certificate in Real Estate Financial Modelling with Cambridge finance.

Tom is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management.
