Doug Stewart BSc (Hons) FRICS
CEO

Doug joined the Board in 1993 and was appointed Managing Director in 2006. Founding Director and now Chief Executive. Past Chairman of the 100 Property Club.

Bob Martin FRICS
Chairman

A founding Director of Salmon Harvester Properties Bob runs his own property company, Martin Commercial Properties, based in Cheltenham and is retained as a property consultant by NFU Mutual. Bob was appointed Chairman of Salmon Harvester Properties in 2008 and he also chairs the Opportunity Fund Board.

Richard Topps
Director and Head of Property NFUM

Richard is Group Head of Property at NFU Mutual and manages the Company's investment and operational portfolios. Richard is on the Board of Salmon Harvester Properties Limited.

Rorie Henderson BSc (Hons) MRICS
Development Director

Rorie joined the Board in 1993 acting as Managing Director from 2001 to 2006 and was a founding Director of Salmon.

Derek Mapp
Non-executive Director

Derek currently holds a number of high level board positions and is a serial entrepreneur having founded the Tom Cobleigh pub chain and Leapfrog Nurseries. He was formerly Chairman of the East Midlands Development Agency (98-04), a board member of English Partnerships (98-04) and recently chairman of Sport England (06-07).

Steve Kuntze
Construction Director

A Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 30 years experience of the development process. Appointed to the Board of Directors in 1998 having successfully managed multi-million pound developments within demanding time and budgetary constraints. Currently responsible for the delivery (design and construction) of all of the company's projects.

Danny Sheehan BA (Hons) FCA MBA
Finance Director

Danny joined Salmon in May 2013. He is a Chartered Accountant and recently left Yell Group plc after 15 years. Danny worked initially worked in business development followed by senior Financial roles at both the Group Centre and UK operating unit. Danny is responsible for all finance and accounting functions within the Group.

John Davis
Consultant

Salmon Property has appointed former Yell chief financial officer John Davis as a consultant from April 2011. Mr Davis recently retired as the chief financial officer and main board director of Yell where he had worked for over 10 years. He was previously group finance director of the Financial Times Group (Pearson) and before that of EMAP Plc. He is a chartered accountant and has a masters degree in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also a non-executive director at Informa Plc.

Philip Skottowe BSc (Hons) MRICS
Development Director

Philip joined in January 2006 and was appointed Director in 2007. With over 20 years experience in property development and a background as both consultant and principal, Philip is tasked with generating new business and is engaged in a number of existing commercial and mixed use projects.

Pat Mahoney FRICS
Senior Development Executive

Pat joined in October 2011 and is responsible for sourcing and delivering quality development projects in the commercial, residential and mixed use sectors. Pat is long-experienced in the property industry with an extensive successful track record having worked for a number of blue-chip companies as well as spending several years running his own development business.

Matthew Meaden BSc (Hons) MRICS
Fund Manager - Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund

Matthew joined in July 2007 and is responsible for investment acquisitions and asset management of the Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund portfolio. Matthew has previous fund manager experience at KBC Asset Management, where he worked on the £600 million Lothbury Property Trust, and Atlantic Fund Management.

James Ansher MA MRICS
Asset Manager - Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund

James joined in September 2010 and is responsible for the asset management of Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund. Prior to joining Salmon James had over 10 years of experience in the commercial property market working at firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield and gaining extensive experience in investment, valuation and retail agency.

Ashley Richardson
Financial Controller

Ashley joined the finance team at Salmon in April 2012 working on the Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund, having spent three years as corporate financial controller of Langham Hall specialising in private equity and real estate fund administration and investor reporting. Ashley is a Chartered Management Accountant and has an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter.

Marketing Manager - Ascot Business Park

Vanessa joined as Marketing Manager at Ascot Business Park in 2009.

PA

Paula joined Salmon in July 2005 and is PA to Doug Stewart.

Office Manager

Jenny joined Salmon in 1997 as Office Manager.
