SHP Sells in Ascot

Salmon Harvester Properties has sold two of the last remaining office buildings at its Ascot Business Park.

SHP has completed a 999-year long leasehold agreement for the 1,667 sq ft 8 Queen’s Square to beauty product supplier, Invogue Limited, for its own occupation. The salesprice of £600,000 equates to £360 per sq ft.

In an unrelated transaction SHP has also sold 3 Queen’s Square to Mutual Associates, part of the Southern Co-op, for approximately £750,000.
Salmon Director, Pat Mahoney, said, "These sales highlight the attractiveness of the Park to both investors and occupiers.”

Two office buildings remain available - 1 Queen’s Square (14,200 sq ft) and 5 Queen’s Square (4,739 sq ft).

On 8 Queen’s Square SHP was advised by Campbell Gordon and BNP Paribas Real Estate while Invogue represented itself. On 3 Queen’s Square SHP was advised by HSM with Mutual Associates represented by Vail Williams.
