Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund acquired Warren Retail Park in Ashford in November 2013.

Since purchasing the retail park Salmon has let the former Dreams unit to Marks and Spencer Food Warehouse. The former Family Bargains/99p Stores was assigned to Poundland and subsequently to TJ Morris, trading as Home Bargains. These transactions have both improved the tenant mix and added value.

The property was successfully sold in Q1 2018.
