The estate comprises some 27 trade and industrial units providing a total of over 20,710 sqm (223,000 sqft) of accommodation as well as ample parking and loading areas. Tenants include Travis Perkins, Screwfix, Howden Joinery, Halfords Autocentres and Mr Clutch.
The Fund purchased this estate with the aim of improving its profile. We instigated an estate wide review of matters, improving access, signage and have engaged with the tenants to understand their operational and occupational requirements. The Fund continues to operate a targeted marketing campaign to attract tenants to the estate and has recently completed the lettings of Unit 2 to Al-Murad Tiles, Unit 3 to Halfords Autocentres and Unit 12 to Apple Electrics.
