Salmon purchased the Island Site (3 acres) in Westgate Street, Gloucester.

The property comprised retail warehousing Homebase and Office World (75,000 ft2) together with a serviced office centre in the former Almshouse building.

Plans were drawn up to redevelop the retail warehousing with the proposal to take a surrender from Homebase and re-let to Office World.

The scheme was sold to a local investor.
