A joint venture between Salmon and Frogmore Developments is planning a major new headquarters building and hotel on a prime 10 acre site next to Edinburgh Airport and the Royal Bank of Scotland's new 1 million ft2 HQ facility.

The West of Edinburgh Planning Framework has been adopted. Our site sits within the International Business Gateway and a planning application for hotel, conference and associated office development will be submitted Q4 2013.
