Description

Salmon has acquired a prime site adjacent to Vauxhall Station Interchange for a £17.4m mixed hotel and retail scheme. The scheme has been pre-sold to Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.

Contracts have been exchanged with Travelodge for a 148 bed scheme. The retail element of the scheme has been pre-let for a 6,000 ft2 Little Waitrose.

Full detailed Planning Permission has been granted and construction is now underway with completion set for February 2013.
