Jonathan Foord, our Finance Director, is responsible for the co-ordination of project and investment funding from our NFUM facilities and third party fundings and bank borrowings.

Financial Backing

Salmon has a £75 million rolling debt facility from NFU which can be geared to allow £150 million of firepower at any one time.

Salmon's investment activity has £75 million cash/equity from NFUM.

Financial Management

Our finance team are geared up to run development accounts on our JV activities a useful service for many JV partners.

Equity and Bank Debt

We monitor the market closely to ensure competitive rates and are currently seeking new equity participants for SHOF and a banking partner to support the SHOF business activities.
